Metastatic choroidal tumors derived from prostate cancer are rare. In this study, we report a patient who manifested tumor as the initial presenting sign of and review 23 patients with metastasis in literature to answer clinical question how metastases would respond hormonal therapy. A 73-year-old man presented right eye. He was good health had no previous history except for current hemodialysis 3 years due chronic renal failure sequel glomerulonephritis.
